Authentic flavours, born from the land
Breakfast at the Masseria is made with simple ingredients, carefully selected. Each morning you will find freshly baked cakes, tarts with our homemade jams, artisanal bread, yogurt, fresh fruit, honey, and our own extra virgin olive oil. Much of it comes directly from the fields and trees you see around you. We like to follow the rhythm of the seasons, because each season has its own flavour, its own pace, its own meaning. You will not find packaged or anonymous products here: everything has a clear and natural origin. And every bite reminds you where you are.
A simple gesture, a genuine welcome
For us, breakfast is the first way to say “welcome”. There is no need for grand words or elaborate gestures: a carefully set table, a homemade cake, a fresh juice, a sincere smile are enough.
